Euroleghe’s production system, briefily outlined, is based on the preparation of plaster casts and subsequent casting, articulated in the following manner:
A)Preparation of silicone and plaster casts in a temperature controlled enviroment, and subsequent passage to a computer controlled dryer unit under constant temperaturee according to degree of hulidity.
B)the following passage, yelding the final product through casting,is carried out entirely with the support of automated equipment prior to the intervetion of an aluminium purifyng process in the crucible,obtained by means of highly advansed technological systems.
